Note: TIJ printing technology offers many advantages; however, please bear in mind that cleaning the cartridge's printhead from time to time is an inherent part of this printing process. (Video example here) Because the ink dries very quickly, the printhead is more prone to clogging than in conventional inkjet printers. Consequently, if the device has been left idle for an extended period without the cartridge being removed and resealed after use, you will need to make a few test prints to fully clear the nozzles.

The printer is not only portable but also easy to use. As a standalone system with an integrated touch display, our mobile printing solution requires no smartphone or PC for operation. The software is intuitive, though we also provide video tutorials and are available to answer questions via phone or email.

Please note that the following videos were created for the Model 254. Operation of the Model 127 handheld printer offered here is identical; however, the Model 127 has a lower print height (12.7 mm) than shown in the videos and uses different ink cartridges. If a print height of 12.7 mm per pass meets your needs, this version of the mobile printing system is the more economical choice, as the consumables are less expensive.

The Model 127 thermal inkjet handheld printer impresses with its high-quality construction and versatile applications. The system uses an HP-compatible thermal inkjet cartridge capable of printing heights up to 12.7 mm. A guide rail is included, allowing you to position the printer precisely on the product or cardboard packaging.

Key information on consumables/ink for inkjet handheld printers

The cartridge is a consumable item and can be purchased affordably from us or from specialist printer retailers. We use a chip-free ink system, making you independent of OEM inks. You can use compatible cartridges alongside original HP cartridges; the system accepts both chipped and chip-free cartridges. CUNU provides a 12-month warranty on the TIJ printer and remains available to assist you with technical advice and customer support, just as we do for all our products.

Included components

Included components: carrying case, printer, battery, charger, replacement rubber rings for the guide rollers, USB drive (containing English-language operating instructions and a manufacturer's operation video), and a touchscreen stylus. The thermal inkjet handheld printer comes with multilingual software; a basic German translation has been implemented exclusively for the TIJ models offered here to ensure proper display of umlauts.
