• Unit: One cartridge containing 42ml of solvent ink (sufficient for approx. 930 A4 pages of text)
• Choice of colors: red, yellow, green, or blue
• Single-color printing on glass, paper, blister foil, cardboard, ceramics, metals (such as aluminum, cast iron, copper, steel, titanium, etc.), and plastics/polymers (PET, PVC, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PPR). Please note: A light-colored or transparent substrate is essential for the colors to be clearly visible. These colored inks are not suitable for surfaces such as black packaging or amber glass.

Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) printing involves spraying tiny droplets of ink from small nozzles onto the paper. TIJ printers use a special ink that is vaporized by heating at the nozzle, resulting in high-quality printing. This method offers numerous advantages, including high print quality, speed, and lower operating costs. Furthermore, the TIJ printing process is extremely versatile and can be used on various materials such as paper, cardboard, and film.

Note: While TIJ printing technology offers many advantages, it is important to note that this process requires periodic cleaning of the cartridge printhead (video example here). The very fast-drying ink means the printhead is more prone to clogging than in conventional inkjet printers. If the device has been left unused for an extended period, several test prints must be made to fully clear the nozzles.
