Product description

Finding suitable labels for scanner rails is often difficult, as many manufacturers rely on proprietary paper types, formats, and roll sizes to lock customers into their systems. We offer a solution that allows you to create your own labels using standard perforated A4 paper and your existing laser or inkjet printer. The product consists of 120 g/m² paper perforated to the specific dimensions required for scanner rail labels. You can print the perforated A4 sheets using your existing PC printer and either the Word template provided here or the templates from your inventory management or POS system. Once printed, the labels can be easily separated by hand and inserted into the scanner rails.

These 52.5 x 39 mm scanner profile labels come pre-perforated on 120 g/m² A4 paper; they can be printed using a standard PC printer and then easily separated by hand. If you do not have your own graphic design software for labeling the shelf tags, we offer an MS Word template here. This product is aimed particularly at small businesses or private users who do not own a direct thermal or thermal transfer printer.
