Scanner labels were originally produced using direct thermal or thermal transfer printers. This is a costly printing solution requiring specialized printers and paper. We offer you the option to create your own scanner rail labels using standard perforated A4 paper; simply print the perforated sheets according to your requirements using your existing PC printer (laser or inkjet). The perforated paper sheets offered here can be printed using a template from your POS or inventory management system, or by using the MS Word template provided here. After printing, the labels can easily be separated by hand.

Note: To perforate these shelf labels, we use exclusively Clairefontaine-brand digital color printing paper with a weight of 120 g/m². Over the years, this paper has proven to be the best possible solution for use as scanner rail labels. If your inventory management or POS system does not provide a template, you can download a print template in MS Word format here.
