Useful information regarding the adhesive coating and strength of 25x12mm contact labels

Each of the adhesive strengths and coatings described below features different material properties. Please note that all labels require a clean surface to ensure the desired adhesion and durability.

• Permanent (Adhesive 2)

Adhesive grade 2 (printed on the back of the backing paper for identification) is classified as "permanent" because the strong adhesive bonds effectively with paper surfaces, making the label difficult to remove. Permanent adhesive is the standard for price labels and is used in 90% of cases. We stock white "contact" labels with adhesive grade 2. The manufacturer specifies a maximum shelf life of 48 months.
