Useful information regarding the adhesive/gumming of the 25x12mm freezer labels

Please note that all labels require a clean surface to ensure the desired adhesion and durability.

• For deep-freeze applications (Gum 5)

Contact freezer labels are designed specifically for deep-freeze environments. Temperatures as low as -50°C pose no problem for the adhesive used here. Simply ensure that the surface is clean and dry when applying the label. (Item No. A35000050) Initial tack: 12 N/25mm (FTM 9 glass), 90° peel adhesion: 6.5 N/25mm (FTM 2 stainless steel), minimum application temperature: -20°C, service temperature: -50°C to 70°C. The adhesive is specifically designed for use at low temperatures and in deep-freeze conditions. It offers good initial tack and final adhesion on a wide range of packaging materials—such as paper, cardboard, and film—including non-polar, curved, or irregular surfaces.
