Overview/Info: Since the amendment to the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV) on May 28, 2022, companies are required to state base prices using the base units L (liters), kg (kilograms), m (meters), and m² (square meters). Units such as "ml" and "g" are no longer compliant with the PAngV.

The contact labeler for unit prices and base prices prints variable unit price and base price information onto 25x16mm labels. This base price labeler features two print lines. The top line is designed for unit prices and base prices, while the bottom line displays the retail price (final price) for the consumer. The gray-shaded area on the label shown indicates the space available for pre-printed elements (e.g., special price, company name, logo, custom text). This area is not printed on by the labeling device.
