Please send us one of your egg cartons after purchase so we can configure the system to match it perfectly. While egg cartons are standardized to ensure stackability, this does not apply to their edges, which often vary (e.g., cardboard egg cartons are slightly wider than plastic ones).

First, the printhead is manually adjusted to the desired height (just above the sorted eggs) using a dial. The printhead mount is attached to a linear guide featuring a return spring that ensures effective height adjustment. This prevents the eggs from breaking during printing, even when eggs of widely varying sizes are positioned next to each other. Each egg is printed precisely and centrally at standardized, fixed intervals.

Place your 30-egg tray on the device's printing platform. Once the printing process starts, the printhead moves at regular intervals to print precisely on every egg in the tray. This not only saves time but also enables non-contact marking via inkjet printing.
