Product description

The Egg Flex HF1C egg stamp from Hedi-Pack, featuring a flexible head, enables the rapid marking of chicken eggs with their packing center number or producer code. The curved stamp head, which is flexible at the neck, effectively compensates for the egg's ovoid shape and variations in stamping pressure—ensuring flawless, consistently high-quality imprints of the control number. We were so impressed by its reliability and operating principle that we also use this stamp in our egg sorting machine.

• Up to 6,000 eggs per hour
• Service life: up to 250,000 stamp impressions
• Highly economical, food-grade special ink (not included in the standard components—linked below under "Accessories") / 10 ml is sufficient for approx. 100,000 eggs. Please do not use other inks and follow the enclosed operating instructions.

Food-safe egg stamp ink for the statutory marking of chicken eggs. Designed for use with hand stamps such as the Eggflex HF1C. Produced and tested in accordance with EU directives, with documented safety regarding eggshells.

Useful information on using the eggFlex stamp

Notes on the eggFlex egg stamp:

• Please fill with a maximum of 10g
• Please wait approx. 20 minutes after filling; the ink needs time to diffuse through the stamp
• Please use only original ink; other inks will damage the membrane
