Facts about the adhesive strength of "refrigerated below 7°C" (best-before date) labels
Adhesive strength 5 = TK = Deep-freeze (Item No. A36100050-10) – Contact labels for deep-freeze applications are designed specifically for use in deep-freeze environments. Ensure the surface is clean when applying the label. Initial tack: 12 N/25mm (FTM 9 Glass), 90° peel adhesion: 6.5 N/25mm (FTM 2 St.St.), Minimum application temperature: -20°C, Service temperature: -50°C to 70°C. The adhesive is specially formulated for use at low temperatures and under deep-freeze conditions. It offers good initial tack and final adhesion on a wide variety of packaging materials—such as paper, cardboard, and film—including non-polar, curved, or irregular surfaces.
